Application packets are provided.  We will assist you through this process.  However, due to the rise in identity theft, we cannot be responsible for personal information and therefore cannot complete your application packet for you.

*We will complete one (1) set of fingerprints during class.  We cannot guarantee DPS will accept all fingerprints submitted, a small number of fingerprint cards are returned for various reasons.  To avoid further delays of your application if fingerprints are returned, we ask that you contact a local law enforcement agency, or refer to the FAST information sheet in your application packet for information about obtaining another set of fingerprints.
